On the 4th December 2014, I went with 1st years on a History tour to St. John’s Castle in Limerick and Bunratty Castle in Co. Clare. We all travelled on two buses. St. John’s Castle was the first stop. We found out St. John’s Castle is a Norman castle and was built in the 13th century
Since Christmas is a time for giving back, and it’s fast approaching, the 5th and 6th year Deans decided to take part in the Concern Fast 2014. Contrary to the name, the Concert Fast was anything but ‘fast’. As we abstained from food for 24 hours, the day seemed far longer than it eve
